Been playing hakuoki for the first time and I got attracted to okita's evil smug cat energy, finished his route twice (thrice if not for the voice of reason) but now I can't enjoy the other LI's the same 😭 I like em but can't feel giddy or yume lol I tried keeping my favs till the end before but they start consuming my every thought, my sanity long spent so I cave in (even tho I like playing the recommended order), and then I feel empty! 😃 And the rest LIs never hit the same So how do you guys choose the route order? And how to cope with not seeing your fav LI till the end

Just Started

So I finally started playing Ratchet and Clank. The last time and only time I played was when the PS3 First came out. No idea which one it was. Only played a few levels. I just completed UYA. Half way through the challenge mode. Great game to pick up and play when I have a moment. I’m really enjoying it. Wondering what games in the series you guys recommend to go on to next? Games to skip? I’ve got access to PS2 titles and I have a PS4. Should I start from the beginning and play chronological? Thanks for any and all input.

I have money saved up over time of working for the past few years. I found a very good used car but is above my saving amount by 2000. I called the car dealership who has that used car and they wanted my credit score. I don’t have one as I just started out. Do you think it’s a good idea to use almost all of my savings to pay the car almost full? Do you think that they would consider this as I am paying the car a little below of what they are asking? I know it’s been 59 days since the shut down and everyone’s probably moved on, but I thought I’d share my experience and love for the game.

I remember started playing the game way back in 2021 after seeing constant ads and deciding to give it a shot. After a while, I got addicted to it and thought it was a fun game and I especially loved the radical designs for each of the characters. I feel in love with the game despite the flaws and despite knowing of the micro transactions, which I rarely spent real world money on. I got excited for the potential of more characters and the creative way they’d incorporate characters like Cinderella and Winnie the Pooh had joined the cast. I would play it routinely giving myself at least one hour to have fun and then go outside to touch grass and play more later on. I even got excited for when McFarlane toys was releasing some of the figures and while their choices of release was odd, I was finally happy to get a real poseable figure for Maleficent, my main and my favourite Disney villain alongside Jafar (sad we never got a figure of him or the rest of the villains aside from Hook). So when I heard the game was “sunsetting” on the 16th December, I was kind of shocked. I know the game wasn’t the best nor biggest IOS game and it didn’t reach the numbers the game devs wanted, but I was still sad that the inevitable was about to come. And so I continued to play hoping to at least unlock all the characters and I did, bar 2. For some reason they didn’t let you unlock Mickey or Sally as they were forever locked behind a paywall that was disabled. Still, it was nice to have Jafar finally as a playable character, though slightly disappointed about how his abilities worked but that’s neither here nor there anymore tbh. When the day came, it was like I was saying a heartfelt goodbye to an old friend. We had some fun adventures but now it was time to move on. And you know, I still feel genuinely sad whenever I look back at it all. Yes I know I am getting all upset and teary over an IOS game, but since I was going through stress a lot prior to playing it, it was a comfort to me. That said, I am positive that this is not the end. Hopefully one day the game will be resurrected one way or another. Hopefully the day when Mirrorverse will have its eventually sunrise, I will be gladly there to witness it. Until then… Go forth fellow Guardians!

Volca Drum output issues

I love this machine so much, but the output jack will only give audio with the cable in a super specific spot. It's not the cable, I've tried all of them, the plug just doesn't flip the switch unless I spend literally up to five minutes fiddling with it. This has been going on for about half a year now and it's only getting more difficult to find that sweet spot. Any fixes?

EICR before exchange

I accepted an offer on my flat in autumn 2024. The searches have all been done now and all that is left to do is arrange the exchange of contracts and a date for completion. Even though we're very close to the finishing line and the ball was in the buyer's court at the time, the buyers directly contacted me pleading for the sale to be completed by early March at the very latest otherwise the sale would be jeopardised. I had been feeling fairly happy with how the sale was progressing but this letter sent me into a panic. After replying to reassure them that everything seemed to be on track, they responded to let me know they would now be asking for an EICR certificate. I'm not a landlord so I don't have one to hand. An EICR is not essential to facilitate the sale and given the demand for the sale to complete ASAP, the EICR request was quite unexpected. I have now been approached about arranging access for an electrical survey. I'm away next week so it wouldn't be possible to do the survey until the end of February at the earliest meaning it's getting dangerously close to their self-imposed deadline. It seems like I'll probably have to take time off work to enable the electrical survey as I assume the electricity will be off and on as part of that (?!), meaning working from home won't be possible. Overall, I'm feeling a bit miffed about the way the buyer is behaving and feel like saying no to the electrical survey at this late stage of the transaction. While I have no reason to believe there are any issues with the electrics, I do worry that it will only reveal some kind of issue that the buyer will use against me. Am I being unreasonable for wanting to say no to the electric survey at this point? Any advice appreciated.

Does anyone know a good magisk module to prevent deep sleep etc? I have a tablet that I am running in kiosk mode so its powered all the time. Problem is that when it has been not use for a while / been in daydream mode etc it slows down. Is there a magisk module that allow the keep the cpu "awake" a bit more?
